Shipping Policy
Receive free standard shipping on orders $45+. Shipping offers are valid within the United States. Shipping thresholds are calculated after other discounts have been taken. Excludes shipping to the non-contiguous United States, multiple addresses, other shipping methods,
and international orders. Other exclusions may apply.
Shipping Times
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after the order is submitted, not including custom orders.
You will receive an email the day your order is shipped which will include tracking information.
We currently only ship internationally to Canada abd the United Kingdom. Rates are flat rates and incluided duties, taxes, and brokerage. Your order will take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled. Plus the international shipping time ranges from 10-15 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Will accept returns for merchandise in its original packaging, condition, and accompanied by the original order number within the time frames provided below
Custom print orders are considered final sale after 10 days of receipt.
Return items within 30 days for a full refund. We will process your return promptly upon receipt. Refund will be credited back to the original method of payment or gift card.
Returns made within 31-90 days of the original purchase will be refunded to a Paper Source Gift Card at the original price paid.
No returns accepted after 90 days of original purchase.
